2.4 AI-Processed Data
Our AI agents (Scout, Analyst, and Ralph) process marketing data to generate insights, recommendations, and intelligence reports. These agents operate on data you have provided or authorized us to access. AI-generated outputs are derived works and do not contain personal information of third parties.

- Marketing Data: Retained for the duration of your subscription; historical snapshots may be retained for trend analysis as specified in your SOW
- Usage Logs: Retained for 12 months for performance analysis and then deleted
- Billing Records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations
- AI Agent Outputs: Retained for the duration of your subscription; deleted within 90 days of termination
Upon termination of your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, unless legally required to retain it. You may request data export at any time during your subscription.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
